The Butterfly
Innocent, Flying,
Wonderful thing.
Fluttering, soaring,
Using its tiny wings.
It dipped high and low,
Great Above and Down Below.
Till one day, it met a man.
Was bedazzled, amazed,
And sat on his hand.
It loved to be petted
And begged for his touch,
Gave everything it had
But was told it wasn't enough.
With hurst so deep,
And pain everywhere.
It flew away, wings broken,
And tried hard to disappear.
Finally it succeeded.
It found a great big pond,
And dove right in and stayed under,
Knowing its where it belonged.

I can’t remember,it was so long ago,but the nonsense just never stopped.I just remembered another episode where one of them had a new girlfriend.The other asked ‘Anything there?’.Charming!
